Dingle Whiskey
Past and Future of the Wheel of the Year
25th of April (Thursday), Wynns Hotel
Join us for what is set to be a fantastic evening as we take a look back, and a look forward, at Dingle Distillery's Celtic Wheel of the Year Series.
The Celtic wheel of the Year is a solar calendar that marks the time and the seasons. It is divided into eight periods and Dingle Distilery are launching eight editions to mark these eight periods, plus a final release to mark Wren’s Day in Dingle.
We are approaching the end of the series, so we thought it would be a great opportunity to show off to our members the work being done down in Dingle, the fantastic whiskeys they have already released, and a look ahead at some future releases!
So join us on the 25th of April in Wynn's Hotel where Dingle's Brand Ambassador, (Beardy) Dave Cummins, will walk us through each of these whiskeys and answer any questions we have.
Booking opens on Monday 8th of April at 7.00pm, so please set a reminder to book on to secure your space. If the event sells out before you can book your ticket, be sure to join the waiting list to be notified if any spaces become available. It is necessary to register and complete payment via Stripe (within 15 minutes) to secure your booking.

The Dingle Chapter has acquired some whiskey over the past couple of years, from ambassadors and from the committee in Dublin. We wish to use these for our next tasting. They come from different distilleries and will also include a bottle donated by Dick Mack's pub and a bottle from Peter White's collection.
As a result, this tasting will cost each current member €10 to attend. There will be some very interesting and previously untried whiskies for our members to taste. John Benny's pub have kindly offered the Green Room to us to hold this tasting for which we are extremely grateful.
We really look forward to seeing you there.
