The first Dingle tasting of 2019 will actually take place in Inch and see our chapter celebrate some of the finest and most innovative single pot still whiskey produced in this country over the past 20 years in the cosy surrounds of Foleys bar. Led by a very generous donation of a bottle of the now legendary Jameson 15 by Dick Macks pub, and to also include a Redbreast Manu-a-Lámh, a 1st batch Method & Madness chestnut pot still, the new Red Spot, a whiskey society 17 year pot still and some other cracking pearls of Ireland's native spirit, Fionnan O'Connor & Willie Murphy will eulogise about just what makes single pot still whiskey so special in their eyes and why it turned them into slavering, thirst driven unkempt legends of the Irish whiskey industry.

These two lads will travel all the way to Inch to exclusively share their knowledge (and stories) of just how pot still whiskey drew them into the whiskey industry at large.

There will be a minibus to transport members to and from Dingle on the evening. This will leave John Benny's pub on Strand Street at 7.30 pm sharp.

NB. No cash accepted on the night.
