This in-depth exploration will delve into the world of bonded Irish whiskey, a category known for its exceptional quality and rich history. Join us as Daithi O'Connell, a true expert in the field, guides us through a selection of exceptional bonded Irish whiskeys.

What to Expect:

Learn about the unique maturation process and regulations behind bonded Irish whiskey.
Discover the subtle nuances and complexities that define this special category.
Enjoy a guided tasting of the following bonded Irish whiskeys:
- Bill Phil B7
- Small Batch 5 Fino
- 10 Bourbon & Rye
- From Clare to Here Vol 2
- SPS Amontillado
- 15 Year Grain Olorosso

This hybrid event offers two ways to participate:

Join us in person for an intimate tasting experience.
Attend virtually from the comfort of your own home.

Booking opens on Monday 1st of July at 7.00pm. There are spaces available for offline and online tastings. Please make sure to choose the right ticket type. Join the waiting list to be notified as we might be able to get more spots for the event. It is necessary to register and complete payment via Stripe (within 15 minutes) to secure your booking.
