The Irish Whiskey Society is delighted to be joined by the lovely folks from Hinch Distillery for our May end-of-month tasting.
Hinch distillery officially opened its doors on 31 March 2021, making them one of the newest distilleries on the island. While young, they came out swinging and have released amazing expressions, with the following to be enjoyed on the night:
5 Year Old - Double Wood
15 Year Old - Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish - Batch 1
Warehouse 3 - Madeira Refill
Warehouse 3 - Oloroso Finish
We will also be one of the first to taste their brand new malts forged in the stills of County Down, malts that have been patiently maturing in their warehouses and are ready for the spotlight:

This hybrid event offers two ways to participate:
Booking opens on Tuesday 13th of May at 7.00pm. There are spaces available for offline and online tastings. Please make sure to choose the right ticket type. Join the waiting list to be notified as we might be able to get more spots for the event. It is necessary to register and complete payment via Stripe (within 15 minutes) to secure your booking.
