And what a great place to be visiting, Pearse Lyons Distillery, Dublin.
We will start with a short tour of the distillery with Connor Ryan and afterwards he will guide us through 6 fantastic whiskeys including:-
New Make from grain grown on the Pearse Lyons Estate.
Ha'penny Blended Irish Whiskey.
Pearse Lyons Distillers Choice 7 year old.
Cask Draw : PX Sherry Cask 5 year old malt.
Cask Draw: Cognac Finish 5 year old Malt.
Cask Draw: Virgin Oak Matured 5 year old.
Of the three cask draws we will be selecting one of those to be bottled for us this year.
There will be some finger food available on the night. Please arrive at the correct time. Please arrive on time so we can start the event in a timely manor.

The multi-award winning sommelier Cathryn Bell (@CathrynBellsomm) originally from Wales, has expertly matched wine and cuisine in some of the best establishments in Ireland such as Ashford Castle, Chapter One, and most recently at the double Michelin starred Aimsir.
Now based in Dublin, she runs the wine consultancy winerover.ie. As a sommelier, she has always loved connecting with people, and the vinous match-making between people and food.
For this event Cathryn has carefully curated four rare and unusual wines especially to match a flight of very special, wine finished whiskies.
The line up includes:
Westward Pinot Noir (NAS) finished in Suzor pinot noir cask paired with a Franciacorta Pinot Nero sparkling red from Lombardy.
The Bridge Rindoon 12yo finished in the sweet white Monbazilliac wine casks paired with
Saussignac 2011 sweet white wine from the Dordogne.
Celtic Cask 29 (19yo) finished in Anima Negra red wine casks paired with the Anima Negra AN 2016 from Mallorca.
Liberties Murder Lane 13yo finished in Tokaji wine casks paired with a Tokaji Aszu 2012 (5 Puttonoyos) from Hungary.
